Terms and Conditions
(I) Only after receiving 30% of the Bill as Advance, We will commence conforming work. (II) We are not Responsible for any Issuse occurring in Harddisk(FOOTAGE) Provided by the Production. Its recommend for the production to have the Footage Backed up in a seprate drive. (III) Once the grade is locked you will get 2 Revisions For correction and fine-tuning works. Only 1 water-marked preview copy will be provided. (IV) After receiving the entire bill amount, the MASTER COPY will be shared via FRAME IO. (V) Following are the Base deliverables you will receive from us 1. TWO REVIEW COPIES (H.264) 2. ONE PREVIEW COPY (H.264) 3. ONE MASTER COPY (DNXHR HQ) (PRORES 422) (VI) Only on request of the client ROUNDTRIP MASTER for either Premiere pro (or) FCP / FCPX will be provided (additional charges applicable). (VII) Once the final master is delivered the project and related media will be wiped off the server in 7 Days. (VIII) Credit for the studio should be given on the Rolling Credits of the Video. A PNG image of the company will be shared. (IX)Cinema Package Delivery are value-added services (additional charges applicable). (X) Any additional changes/revisions after the delivery of the final master will be charged extra. (XI) We reserve the right to use our grading work on your footage for advertising and portfolio purposes. We may also use the footage in our demo reel and client testimonials. (XII) By accepting this invoice, you agree to our terms of service and policies.
Cancellation and Refund
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for our digital services. Once a purchase has been made and the digital service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. We encourage all customers to carefully review their purchase decisions before completing the transaction. Important Notice: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: Unused subscription periods Cancellations made after the start of the billing cycle Changes in personal circumstances or preferences
Shipping and Delivery
